The day before Jenn's Birthday, I was baking a cake for her.... and it is Oreo Cheesecake!!!




This is the crust of the Oreo Cheesecake made from digestive biscuit.




Beating of Cream cheese.... I know it looked gross but the end product is very nice okay.




This is the end product =)




The black top layer is the Oreo biscuits crust, 2nd layer obviously it is the cheese
and the bottom is the digestive biscuit crust =)


We met each other quite early. Dunno why..But I regretted coming out early cus the cheesecake melted in the end!!! OMG!! Im so disappointed and angry.... I shall not disclose the melted cake pic.




We drank abit of wine to celebrate Jenn's 18th birthday =)

Somebody never attend Jenn's birthday lor..... and he wasn't feeling sorry at all....
